  1. Before I go outside I usually wash my face and apply Sunscreen face creme and after its soaked i put Wind protection creme on my face and then at night I clean it off with Argan Oil + Face Wash Lotion.

  2. I hope you know its mainly genetics, tap water is horrible for your skin because it contains chlorine, metals, and other chemicals, CeraVe also has chemicals in it that cause peoblems too, i would stick with all natural cleansers made out of essential oils, beeswax, beef tallow, and natural clays, you just have skin that doesnt react to the stuff in the water and the un-natural skin products you use, but they do have long term effects. If you want a natural moisturizer you can use a couple different essential oils + other natural ingredients like Shea butter + coconut oil + frankincense + lavender + rose + palmarosa + tea tree + geranium + helichrysum and more!

  3. Stuff's not perfect, but I'm thankful to be born in an era where topics like acne aren't taboo. For my parents, it really was, and it was considered to be the outcome of a lack of self-control. They used an ointment.

  4. Cut down on dairy, oily food, and sugar. Healthier the diet the better as well. Want to supply all the right nutrients to your skin. Exercise helps with general health, also sweating is good for your skin as long as your washing after.
If you have acne you can be a bit rougher with your skin, and should use acne products. Once your skin is clear, try transitioning to being extremely gentle to your skin and using moisturizers and retinol on your skin instead of any acne meds.
    Never touch your face.

If that doesnt work go to a dermatologist!
