i hate how people call me anorexic. and i’m in 6th grade it’s so gross how self conscious i am because of those people at my age. i’m healthy btw being underweight but i still wanna be normal to be at a healthy weight

i remember watching this video one year ago and i weighed around 85 pounds. i now weigh 105 and i feel so much happier and i have more energy. trust the process guys!! all you need is consistency!! (and peanut butter)
I went from 125 to 116. Became prediabetic & started cutting out carbs. Not eating enough calories. Have a poor body image at this lower weight.

I’m 15 and I’m about 156cm (last checked a year ago) and I weigh 42kg. Gaining weight has been a struggle but looking at my lifestyle I can see why. I rarely exercised and I don’t have the best diet. I’m doing this because I want to gain weight for the health benefits, I’m perfectly happily with the way I look but I always feel tired and etc just like how Kate explained for herself! Thankfully today I have started to be more serious and already did a 40minute workout, and I’m going to be improving my diet. Health always comes before looks. I hope everyone else is able to choose a healthier lifestyle for a positive health outcome!

You are 100% correct about the cardio though you're trying to gain weight. Cardio is the last thing you want to be doing without even realizing that you were spot on girl. Love your videos. I will keep coming back
. how to gain weight…train your gut to digest food properly/balance hormones #1 MOST IMPORTANT STEP. #2 do weight bearing exercisies. #3 eat more calories avoid junk food sugar processed foods they're full of mold chemicals plastics unnatural ingredients., take a high qu8ality vitamin supplement, drink water water water water. after workout drink electro lyte water to replenish salts delpleted from sweatng during workout. workout 4-5 days rest the other days to rebuild damaged muscles.. get 8 hours of sleep even if you have to take naps during the day to rest
