  1. Couch surfing sounds good if you can do it safely. I also like the idea of hotels outside the city near public trans. I did try booking and did not have a good experience due to host just texting then no english. I had to sleep at the airport instead of a hotel bed and did not get refunded for the room- ripoff. It was air bnb using the site. It's not Worth it to pay a little less than a hotel room and get subpar service.

  2. Too bad that couchsurfing is not free anymore. Many locals from couldn't afford it, some travelers too. So, what use to have couchsurfing if we couldn't meet nice traveler & exploring with host??

  3. first I used to live off of hotel sites when I traveled a lot and booking.com was not the cheapest it usually was a lot more than other third party hotel sites. but from what I understand it use to be the best for booking outside the US but I dont think that is true anymore.
Also in my use of third party sites you would think comparative sites like kayak and trivago would show you the best deals when showing you a bunch of different sites and what they are charging but I still found when I was looking to book the cheapest price possible I would get it by going to each site individually. because a lot of times the sites might be running a sale on rooms the city that won't show up kayak or trivago. Also a lot of these third party sites will even shave a couple of more bucks off if you sign up with them.
Also in my search to find the cheapest hotel I ran across a website that would give you working coupon codes and then shoot you over to a the website where to use them. the site is called goseek.com. One thing to remember a lot of the coupon codes on this site have limited number of uses before they will not let you use the code again. it is usually one or two times so that is something to keep in mind if you are going to be booking a lot like I used to.
also if your flexible about where you stay a lot of hotel websites have deals where they don't show you the name and the actual location of the hotel until after you book it. But they do show you the general area of where it will be before you book it. but be careful these are not always the best deals as the websites who do these usually sneak in hidden fees along with the taxes when booking the room. For example if a $40 room was going to $10 more with tax making it 50 for the night. but if you book with something like hotwire or Priceline or I think even travelocity does hidden hotels you will notice that $40 room comes out to maybe closer to sixty because of the fees the website charges for booking a hidden hotel. So it is not always the best way to get the cheapest rooms in a city.
also some of the better ways to get really good deals on rooms is last minute booking like booking on the day you plan stay and sometimes late into the day because hotel sites will drop rates as the night goes on to make something off that room for the night instead of letting it sit empty and making nothing off of it. I used to do this all the time when booking in las vegas and got some amazing deals this way too.
Also you sometimes will be surprised to know that booking threw hotel directly will sometimes net you the cheapest price. this is rare but it does happen. like the best deal I ever got on a hotel was on the rio hotel in vegas for $10 a night for 5 nights so my whole stay was only $50 for the whole stay. But I didn't didn't get this rate threw a website I got it by calling the reservation hotline for the hotel and giving them my rewards card number. I dont gamble so I only have the entry level rewards card.
Also I notice when I was staying down in Mexico for awhile the best rates where always walking into the hotels as oppose to booking online because the taxes I guess where higher because it being international. So everytime I went to Mexico I just walk into the hotels and pay directly.
so I hope this was helps you in finding the best rate this knowledge comes from a seven year road trip around the USA. Good luck and happy travels.

  4. Once a apon a time there was a donkey named Sammy. He was very loyal and kind to his owner. He would carry sacks of grains and took them to the market and never complain about the heavy loads his owner used to put on his back but as he grew older he started to lose his strength and weaken. "Oh you useless donkey! You have become no use to me! What is the point of keeping you if you can't keep up with the work I'm giving you?!" Shouted the owner in frustration. "Oh no. How will I be able to live without my master. I will just die of hunger in the streets" cried Sammy. Then he came across a poster featuring his favourite band "The Three Amigos." An idea had come to his mind. "Maybe I could be a musician and make money." Thought Sammy in hapinnes. Suddenly he saw a dog in the distance being kicked out of his home. "You useless animal! Get out of our house!" Shouted his master. "What seems to be the problem?" Asked Sammy. "Oh donkey I have become old and unfit to herd my owner's sheep and now they have kicked me out because of that." The donkey offered Tom to join him as his musical partner. "Why that's a brilliant idea!" Responded Tom in hapinnes. As they carried on their journey the two saw a cat being kicked out of their master's home. Sammy felt sorry for her and had asked about what had happened. "Oh donkey I have become old and unfit to chase off all the rats in my owner's house, so they have kicked me out" Sammy had offered Jane to be apart of his band. "That's a great idea!" Responded Jane. After an hour of walking they saw a rooster escaping his owners. They were confuses, as they were kicked out by their owners but the rooster was doing the exact opposite. "Why would run away from your owners? Don't they feed and care for you?" Asked Sammy. "Oh donkey I have become old and I cannot wake up my owners early in the morning, so they thought I was useless and decided that I would make a tasty meal, so you see now why I was escaping" explained Larry. Like he did to everyone else he had offered him to become part of their band. "That's a great idea!" Responded Larry. As they carried on their journey it started to get dark and they looked for a place to stay. Larry climbed up a tree and had spotted a house nearby. "Hey guys! I found a house! Do you think the owners would let us spend the night there?!" "Well let's go and ask!" Responded Tom. As they were making their way to the house they saw that the people who were living there were robbers. The four had quickly thought of a plan to get rid of the robbers. They all piled on top of each other and made as much noise as they could. Sammy moaned. Tom barked. Larry c lucked and Jane growled. "Ghosts are in this house! Run for your lives!" Screamed the robbers. The four filled their bellies with the robber's food. After an hour the four robbers forced one of them to go in the house. As he was entering the four closed the lights and started attacking the robber. Because it was dark inside the robber couldn't see anything and thought that ghosts were attacking him. He quickly ran off and never came back again. And the four lived happily ever after. THE END.

  5. Niestety, ale sepleniący rudy Żyd z filmu nic ciekawego nie powiedział i nie odkrył Ameryki swoimi poradami, bo każdy czechosłowacki harcerz od zawsze znał tego typu sztuczki.
