I am so lucky to live in a city with a high Ethiopian/Eritrean population and I’ve been eating this cuisine for decades. I love it!

Just come here after eating out at an Ethiopian restaurant and have just learnt where I'm going wrong with my scoop technique! I'll try it differently next time. Was my 5th time eating Ethiopian food but I'm quite out of practice. Great video 😊
