  1. I’m a Nigerian i don’t eat fried eggs but i cook it for my husband . Everything is good apart from the salt and too much knorr cube,
No need of beating the egg too much bro phankleen.

  2. Thanks so much for the recipe. Woke up craving yam and egg. Clear video and good instructions. Looks yummy and will try this tonight. Love the added touch of tuna.

  3. i stopped using those allin on seasoning. I never use maggie season cause it has MSG in it. I always use natural season. I add my seasoning one at a time consequently there are well over 50 types of seasoning items in my cupboard. I am de original Jamaican Man

  4. This dish is right up my alley. Maybe a little less salt other then that I'm going to give it a go. Are vegetarian Maggie cubes ever used in Nigerian cooking ? I don't eat chicken, beef or pork.

  5. I'm Scottish and my husband is nigerian. I bought yams but had never cooked them. Didn't have a clue even how to peel and boil. Next time I'll do what you did and cut before I peel. lol. embarrassing moment trying to cut a yam that's sliding everywhere. My hubby's returning home late tonight hope he appreciates my effort. thanks so much for your help. I'll definitely be back for more tips.
