I personally like it with a little more of the sawa leaves than what you have. You can barely see the leaves 🍃/ plasas on yours.

    It looks yummy tho.

I waa looking for what to cook tomorrow and i think i found it.

I'm so glad an egusi soup w/o palm oil! Palm oil has a flower perfume fragrance taste, I feel like it shouldn't be consumed but used for cosmetics, and they do. It doesn't taste good for ANY food!

New subscriber. Congratulations! I'm seeking to connect with my Sierra Leonean roots and enjoyed your video. Would you please share why some Egusi soup is red and some is cream color? What makes it different and how does it impact the taste? Thanks so much!

I prepared it like so today since it's Saturday today. I used goat meat, smoked snapper, cow nose, squids and fresh shrimps 🍤.
