Hey Phrankleen awesome vid as always. Big tip on your limes/lemons I learnt working in a restaurant is to first of course roll them on a hard surface to release the juices, most know this, but most don't know that by cutting the actual ends of your citrus allows the juices to actually run better.

To me snail is the most hated insects I don't like them even looking at them is hard, no I'll stick to chicken and meat. By the ways i was doing a research on Nigeria agriculture and stumbled upon snail farming and here i am looking on how they cooking snail.
Snails taste like clams… But more tender. Both are horrible to clean. So im goin to your house for the dinner lol
