The reason why I love this is because I love when food is generously spiced and seasoned. The quantity of crayfish and pepper was just so impressive..just the way I do mine..lol others just add pinches and I wonder how the food tastes at the end.

The first time I tried it this way, it ended in disaster. I've since stuck to putting the ogbono later in the cooking. Yours looks tasty though
