that dish is similar to caribbean food. where I come from I use red kidney beans, black eye beans or gungo beans mixed with rice

Love this…. in the past my rice would always come out soggy or too soft. but got it right this time… I always get a good laugh at the end when you say its ready for "CONSUMPTION".. Great Job!!.
Thanks miskee11, just got a DSLR camera and looking to buy an external mic for better performance. Hopefully that will help 🙂
Great channel, I'm glad I stumbled upon it. A little tip: you can improve the sound quality of your videos greatly by adding the speech afterwards as a separate soundtrack recorded with no echo.

Hi Ezinne, to make it stress free, simply buy "cleaned tripe" from the market. That's what I buy all the time as this take away the hassle of trying to scrape with knife and everything else. With the cleaned tripe, you simply rinse with cold water and put it on fire to boil 🙂
