I have a friend who is Ghanaian and she told me there is a debate on who has the best Jollof… Nigerian or Ghanaian? I wanted to try making some for myself and chose to try Nigerian style first since I am 17% Nigerian. I'm glad i found your video. I don't think I made it 100% right, but for the most part I did and it is AMAZING!!! I will take her some of what I made and wont tell her it is the Nigerian style and see what she thinks lol
