I adore the simplicity of your recipes. Moi moi is one of my favorite nigerian food but before took me hours to cook stew then peel the beans and blend, mix and cook…..the kitchen used to end up full of pots spoons and a mess but me and my nigerian husband loved the results.
I.m spanish but love to surprise my husband with his own food.
