The dish is wet but when I cooked, all wetness came from vegetable oil which can hardly be consumed; what is the secret behind this wetness??
One source calls for a cup or so of water …

In my recipe, mustard, lemon juice, chili and olives.

I think your recipe is missing it.

I am now in a small town the Philippines, no lemon, no olives, no mustard, no oven like at home, so I added ginger, replaced the lemon by a dalengai it's green like a lime, sweet like an orange, but at the same time has a pepper taste. I fried my chicken legs to light brown, and now everything is in the fridge to marinate.

Tomorrow I will start by soften the onions and after I will put the chicken and the juice to cook and then I will reduce the sauce

What you call moustache, is it mustard? Because there is mustard in my yassa recipe, and I couldn't google and cooking ingredient called moustache
