  1. Add in Salt for tastier marinate. Although I perfer light soy sauce and oyster sauce. The rice dish laking green. Cut slices of japanese cucumber will be ideal or blanc iceberg lettuce or bok choy decorated at the dish side would goes well with the dish. Our country have similar dish chicken rice normally we have a bowl of hot chicken broth with a dash of white pepper powder and chop onions.
