What spice mix can I use in Senegal ?
Hi, what is in the mixed herb and spice blend that you used?
I have had Yassa before, but your version is absolutely lovely and the presentation is magnificent. I can’t wait to try. Blessings.
I would like to purchase the Wok or cooking pot; where can I get one?
I can't wait to prepare ❤
In senegal before frying chicken we do the moussal it's a cheat tips😂. So that the chicken won't be hard
What herb is that
Add in Salt for tastier marinate. Although I perfer light soy sauce and oyster sauce. The rice dish laking green. Cut slices of japanese cucumber will be ideal or blanc iceberg lettuce or bok choy decorated at the dish side would goes well with the dish. Our country have similar dish chicken rice normally we have a bowl of hot chicken broth with a dash of white pepper powder and chop onions.
Yassa is from Senegal not Gambia
Love this!! What is your herb mix?
This is great, I can’t wait to try it! Looks so good! 😋 One question though, I don’t think I’d be able to use vegetable bouillon, what would you suggest would be a good alternative? Do you think vegetable stock would be good, or do you have any suggestions?
