Sounds like greed and Corruption has already gotten to Ghana! The interest rate here in America is only 4%! How do you think that happened? I don't think this is the right source to go to if you looking to buy properties there are other more reasonable places that I've been tracking… do your research! I actually have a Hard Money construction loan in Chicago that's cheaper than those rates!
Whoever is giving an interview should do some background research on the people that you get and make sure that they are really legitimate and do some footwork yourself because this can mislead people and cost them their dreams. Not cool.

Why does the 275 member Ghanaian Parliament refuse to pass legislation that methodically and systematically offers formal citizenship to Black Americans? I encourage Black American to relocate to Caribbean nations such as Dominica, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis which offers Black Americans a clearly defined and systematic method of formal citizenship. Ghana's "Right To Abode" is NOT citizenship. The "Right To Abode" is a way for the Ghanaian government to charge Black Americans exorbitant fees to renew our work visas every 180 days; charge us excessive import duties and taxes on the importation of our belongings from abroad with long Customs delays and corruption/bribery.
