Plenty of protein is eating more isn’t it
1. Slight calorie deficit
2. Increase clean protein intake
3. Lift weights, strengthen train
4. 30 min light cardio cycled in after workout
5. Drink plenty of water
6. Get good night rest.
Rinse and repeat and watch results
Most days I only have 1k-1.5k calories

Just stay in your calorie deficit
simply, calorie deficit removes fat at the cost of muscle mass loss. calorie surplus gains muscle mass at the cost of fat gain.

Had a blood test done recently, it showed high protein. Doc said to go low on protein. Now what?
