How to confident as a black man:
Think of confidence like a muscle, a mental muscle. It's all about the mindset – 1. how you view things, people and everything. How you think is what is important. Look in the good in things and yourself. Train it like a muscle. Put into practice and do it daily. When in a situation – stop and accept it, think critically about it and act, just act not react. Take control of it. Adapt.
2. Physical confident. Be physically fit and mentally fit. Work hard consistently to build it. Have discipline. To build physical confidence, you need to build a type of body you will be happy with. Do single or sole workouts to build those muscle groups in order to not neglect certain body parts. Remember to work out your whole entire body.
Recommendation? – have dumbbells, pull up bar or regular bar and weighted vest. Eat good and sleep well.
3. Confidence in your appearance. You are what you think. Have a skin care routine and grooming products.
Here's the tip (3 steps): cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise. Use Cerave.
Find your own style and fashion. Upgrade your style not buy more trendy clothes. Experiment, test and explore.
