I've read about some of the largest real estate developers in the Middle East who began business seeking 30-50% ROI. Ghana is now courting them to get involved in the Ghanaian real estate economy, meanwhile Ghana's players will be forcing to get 100%. Luckily Ghana's housing deficit is so big that there's space for everyone but usually wouldn't it suggest that perhaps developers want too much? Already many people complain that housing is very expensive and that there are many unoccupied developments
