  1. Finally.. after all the years I been in YouTube (check my profile) someone speaks sense! Overall weight loss will naturally result in fat loss from face and other parts of body randomly – I find these targeted videos on lose belly fat do this 7 -14 days so misleading hooking into mainly women’s insecurities.. doing ANYTHING consistently inc. watching what you eat plus ANY movement will give a RESULT!

Watch labourers in any country are they fat? Do they count steps all day?No! They’re just active most of the day not just 1hr/out of 24 hrs with remaining in couch watching social media 😅 GREAT video!

  2. I lost weight, “not gym”, not even walking. Just straight carnivore without eating sugar, carbs and also not fruit at all. Body fat is now 15%
I started during pandemic and after I loose all my overweight “110 pounds”and became muscular. During my first 12 months I did not cheat. The best when you are carnivore you don’t have count calories and you eat when you hungry until the meat doesn’t taste good not more. Thanks me later. I about to keep watching YouTube videos and sleeping a lot if I don’t need to go to work. Be blessed in Jesus Christ.

  3. 00:27 🥞 Face fat is interconnected with overall body fat; reducing body fat percentage is key to reducing face fat.

01:50 🚶 Prioritize walking as a highly effective fat loss strategy, complemented by resistance training for proportional fat loss.

02:46 🏋‍♂ Accompany a caloric deficit with weight training to avoid looking "skinny fat" and achieve a more proportionate body.

04:08 💤 Avoid salty and heavily processed foods close to bedtime to prevent water retention and ensure quality sleep for effective fat loss.

04:50 💇‍♂ Opt for a haircut with short sides and a bit of volume on top to create the illusion of a smaller face, enhancing overall appearance.

06:15 🌬 Practice nasal breathing and proper diaphragmatic breathing for overall health, which indirectly contributes to facial appearance.

07:51 💪 Incorporate jaw exercises like chewing gum or mewing to define facial muscles, but remember it's a smaller aspect compared to overall fat loss strategies.

09:29 🎯 Understand the difference between losing weight and reducing body fat percentage; focus on strategies to achieve a lower body fat percentage for lasting results.

  4. He does look better than his old pics, but the use of Hydroxy Cut, definitely aids w. Appetite control and heavier exercising. A gym membership is essential
Its taken me a year just to lose 3 lbs, I could gain it all back if I stop trying within 4 days. And I could still lose another 3 lbs. Just to look not fat. Years of beer drinking, and getting drunk and eating a ton and passing out ruined mt body. This is harder than when I quit smoking 😢😮😅🎉❤😊 Im 45, never exercised until a year ago. My face looks like Jabba The Hut

  5. Men on court: "yo, you're getting too sexy, man."
    Me: 🙂

The ladies: "now, it's time to have some muscles."
    Me: 😑

The Cougars: "come. Sit on my lap."
    Me: 😐😐😐

  6. walking 10.000 steps a day to lose fat, best advice ever, I have been walquing 10.000 steps per day the last month and I lost 3 kg, last week I incremented to 20.000 steps per day.

  7. how can i lose face fat? i am 150lbs and i'm lean but i most of the fat only goes to my face, i workout as well but idk how to get rid of it.

  8. 1. Reduce all body fat .
    2. Prioritize or improve your walking .
    3. Lift weights.
    4. Avoid processed/salty foods
    5. Get a slim haircut[Buzzcut]
    6. Nasal breathing: breath through your nose always.
    7. Do jaw exercises .
    8. Calorie deficit.

  9. I'm at the first part of getting back into shape I do 20k average steps a day. If I do 30k steps one day I'll take a rest day the next. But always averages out to 20k. Add some steep hills and you have a HUGE calorie burn. I have been doing omad but am starting to do adf. I'm close to my first target weight. Next I have to add some weight training.
