How The U.S. BROKE Libya

I want to tell you the story of how the U.S. and its NATO allies stole the future of Libya. I’ll show you the geopolitical motivations behind the intervention that toppled Gaddafi’s government 14 years ago and how a single lapse in judgement by then U.S. President Barack Obama led to the nation turning on itself, with different warlords…

I see one side consistently provoking and wanting to take advantage in the name of peace! It allows that side to stock pile a better tomorrow…yet the other side still exists and multiply in gloom! each provocateur never learned from past that it is an impossible task….I sense fear! fear of being assimilated ….and I smile!

    Is so painful to watch.
How long will Africa continue to fall.

As you can see how they have protected civilians and make the Libyans great, and democratic, 14 years after they got rid of Ghadaffi. Who is deceiving who?
Young man, don't trust the lies they vomited out on their media.
Ghadaffi was good for his people, not for the West.

He wasn't perfect has a Libyan leader, but comparing to the warlords that rule Libya now with the slave markets and poverty all over the country Gaddafi was decent and better than them.

Worst mistake in the History of Libya..They had the kind of leader the other African nations would have paid to have. They killed their bright future with their own hands…The Gaddafi story is a painful one.

Always remember that a Qatar 🇶🇦 flag was flown by rebels who killed him, not America, not France, Qatari flag. Let's stop blaming the West for taking advantage of our lack of unity. Remember slaves were sold in Africa by kings selling off enemies and other tribes and nations they wanted to take over.

The West will continue to loot until we unite. I also cannot blame the Western Countries, it's human nature to take advantage of a group of confused and divided people.

I was in Jss2 that year, our principal spoke extensively about him that morning. I picked interest in him that day and decided to learn more about him, lucky enough I had a Dad who was really good with geopolitics and history.
I realized something that has stuck with ever since.
The west has no interest of Africa/Africans at heart.
They see African prosperity as a real threat and will do anything to stop that.
On the flip side of things is the exploitation of African resources.

So you don't give any credence to accounts that despite Gaddafi's dismantling his nuclear infrastructure and various concessions to the West it was his plan for a gold backed African currency which motivated them to destabilize the entire region and to overthrow the leadership because such a, development threatened the petrodollar?

This is the most wholesome explainer of the Libya/Gaddafi story.

Most storytellers would just fall to one extreme. Either Gaddafi is a matyr, a saint and "Africa's last hope" Or Gaddafi was a demon with no good.

    What a great video! ❤❤❤❤

I think the issue is similar to decolonization. The idea is good but if it's carried out badly, it has dire consequences. In better cases corrupt government rising to power, in worst case a full-blown civil war that turns into a proxy war later on. Same issue here, overthrowing the government without taking control will spiral the entire country into chaos.
