@nicolasbascunan4013

islam is incompatible with the West.

@nicolasbascunan4013

name countries "liberated" by these kind of protests. Name a few

@nicolasbascunan4013

islam is incompatible with the West, and that, paradoxically, includes Japan.

These students throwing temper tantrums for a terrorist nation makes me sick. Go over there and see how long you stay alive living under their laws and rules. No gays, no pronouns,women silent, women covered from head to toe. 🖕 Educate yourself before you back these POS. Not on American soil 🖕!

We salute the peaceful people of all religions of the world who are protesting peacefully against Israeli oppression and striving for the cause of the Palestinians, that they are today in America, Britain, Australia and European countries to end the oppression, brutality and genocide. There is a lot of protest. Our prayers and all our love are with these people and we love them. Thank you.

A big shout out to Al Jazeera for this excellent & informative interview devoid of Zionist propaganda like everything we see & hear in the United States MSM. These students will be successful & they should know that in the U.S. they enjoy tremendous support.

@DariusSarrafi

Keep up the good work you young brave students! I am 65 but will do whatever in my power (or lack thereof) to help the movement!

@javelinzamot9907

The world is full of homeless people on the street camping in tents.Many of them are hard-working people many of them are drug addicted many of them have mental health issues.they all have one thing in common trying to survive in their circumstances.

The irony is when young people standing up against genocide It's Quickly shut down because they're camping on the Street. A Government officials speaks out this can't be tolerated .Then a decision is made to arrest them all.

If you're down and out on the streets for whatever reason that will be tolerated..

the attitude of government politics for homelessness is feed them cake.

I support the young people of the world for protesting for what is right .

thank God for the Young Generation.

@theonetruemorty4078

Very refreshing to hear this coverage. Great questions by interviewer. This is clearly about more than just Israel/Palestine, that's just the trigger. It's the beginning of a new global peace movement. More sober, more informed, more organized than the 60s. I hope it doesn't fade out. The time is now. People are fed up and rightly so. I fear what Israel might do as they are further painted into a corner and the chain reaction that could ensue. If that happens, hopefully we can arrest it early in the process. Hearing these students gives me optimism here at the end of history, however.

@franswevers5039

Als long as American students keep voting for either the Democratic or Republican parties, they will keep voting for Israel and against their Palestinian families and friend. Vote third or fourth party. Vote against either Trump or Biden. Kye.

@zombiehampster1397

The youth of the US can see the hypocrisy of the older generation and rightly do not want to just take it.

Good work Al Jazeera!
These students are really defining the course of history, so does your brave coverage of this issue from Gaza to beyond.👍

@elainemorgan2285

❤Respect!

@Verita1975

As a (white) South African who grew up in the 80s ( by the time I went to university it was the 90s so as apartheid had ended) I can tell you firsthand protests like these do work ( it takes years though) .. in the 70s and 80s being a white South African was horrible (it didn’t matter if you were anti or pro apartheid) … firstly any sporting event which had South Africa or even South Africans playing in it .. resulted in protests .. eventually sporting organisers stopped even inviting South Africans ( it was not worth the hassle). Fruit stores and wine stores were picketed if they had South African fruit or wine (eventually they just stopped supplying it). No Olympics, World Cup. 76 Olympic Games was boycotted by African Countries because NZ played SA Rugby. If you were South Africa and wanted to play sport … you had to emigrate . All companies disinvested (the local operations were bought by South Africans … but no new vehicles etc ). I was a runner and liked Reebok .. I had to get it via Dubai at 3x the price. Shame is a very powerful weapon … meet an Israeli just politely refuse to serve them. No violence .. no threats .. no insults … just passive resistance. Yes you are going to be threatened harassed and even attacked … just take it and keep going. Nothing to do with Israel but yesterday I had my own little peaceful protest .. ( as is now my right as a South African ) people threatened to “put me on my back” etc etc … I just stood my ground .. told them I was not going to harm them in any way ( inconvenience them yes) but posed no threat to them … let’s say after myself and my 80 year old mother were called every name under the sun .. I made my point …people complained about it affecting their business I was yes .. since their disrespectful actions affect my life … my actions will affect their money ( and money is the only thing 90%) of people understand … hit them where it hurts … in their back pocket .. refuse to travel to Israel , refuse to buy Israeli products , tell your retirement fund managers that you insist they sell all shares in Israeli companies ( and companies that trade with them ) refuse to fly airlines that have direct flights yo Israel…. Politicians will listen only to those that fund them … and those that fund them are only affected by profits. One last thing switch off from any channel that shows and Israeli sportsperson and unsubscribe from any App that is made in Israel … Not one thing that I have said above involves any threat to anyone .. just refuse ( as is your right in most countries) to associate with anything to do with Israel. One last thing … no disrespect to people of the Jewish faith. This is about Israelis ( all Israelis irrespective of their religion or lack thereof ) only Israelis can change their government… so make them understand that their government is causing them hardship and they will change it
