  1. I had a similar experience and I cried for a while. But thank God I am an Ekiti man with loads of bottled up madness. BAD DAY DEVIL DRINK WATER, I lost my cool and screamed at my mother and sister, I nearly beat them up. I left the house and never returned. I talk to them now, but I never visit.

  2. Wow!!. It would seem like the Nigerian temperament is exactly the same as the Jamaican temperament. Because all these unfortunate scenarios you talk about take place in Jamaica today. You will hear Jamaicans in England say things like "My sister back home tief mi house". And how there own mother conspire with their oldest brother and tek away the land the person in England bought to build a house. It goes on and on.

But then again we are all the same people, whether we like it or not!!

  3. People should stop being technologically illiterate or lazy to use online banking. These helps you to be self sufficient and reliant to handle your monetary plan.

  4. That's disgusting….and heart breaking…especially when this was life/death situation…as a mom I would pull out my own money to help my abused daughter and grandkids…

  5. It's heartbreaking to have such terrible family members who, you can't trust them.

I will advice everyone to keep your money in the account wherever you are staying.

Because you can't trust anyone. People are desperate wicked, selfish and they don't care how you were able to save such amounts of money. They think you Puck money on the trees of Europe. They don't know how hard & the sleepless night you are having. So pls, pls, don't trust anyone, they can't be trusted at all. They are the enemies of Progress in our lifes today. They are all betrayal. Horrible people everywhere. Pls beware of betrayal in the Family. Stop trusting people, family members, beloved ones, trust only yourself pls. Don't put your hope in a man rather in God.

  6. @phrankleen… You used wrong exchange rates… you should've used the exchange rate as at the time of saving those monies in 2015… which was about 380. Which means 4 million naira should've been over £10,000 saved…and 8 million naira was over £21,000

  7. Some family attitudes stinks me to my stomach and you'd ask your self what did I do to deserve this,to your surprise it's us absolutely NOTHING… It's just a fantabulous greediness I call it..I'm happy for her

  8. When you move abroad, most family back home don’t care about you anymore.you automatically become a family ATM.they keep asking for money and when you don’t give ,they stop talking to you.some don’t want to work anymore cuz their family ATM is abroad. This is so sad 😞.The play games and encourage you to keep your money with them back home ,not helping you, they want to scam you.

  9. Just found your channel #Prankleen. It's not just in AFRICA. JAMAICAN families do this to you too. I had fallen into it too doing business with my ex-husband and families back home. It all went to shambles. Everybody thought I was an ATM . They robbed me so much money. They get you with that EMOTIONAL BLACKMAIL. Some families in Jamaica always propose doing business back home, but most times their intention is to eat the money or take care of their own personal needs with your money. Now I withdraw from them financially and emotionally. I see they rarely speak to me now. They are the first to say you're abroad for so many years and you do not have a house or business in Jamaica, wasted your life they claim, but the first to call and beg you money. I am now taking care of myself and finances now.

  10. Great story to share Phrankleen to wake up Diasporan NEVER trust your largesse resources with ANYONE in a greedy gluttonous wicked selfish society. Most people in Africa see we Disaporans as walking ATM machine to milk dry till you go broke.

  11. Once you betray me that it you will never heard for me or be forgiven. People know what they doing. They don't care if they can betray you like that what they will not do. YOU MUST PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR money. People is hard to make here in a foreign land with all the discrimination.

  12. It very sad that you can’t even trust your family to do nothing for you. family are the worst just because I can’t travel right now I try to get a small business project going on in my home land my family betray me big times. It very sad.
