South Sudan is a dangerous place to go like Somalia. People don't so youtube travel videos in South Sudan is because of militia gangs who chop heads off. Maybe you have gone to the safe places but as a foreigner you stand out. If you would have gotten kidnapped the Indian UN peacekeeping force in South Sudan would have to leave their station to rescue you. I don't think the risk is worth it.
