For the people who take Cipla actin, I recommend u only take the pills for a couple of days just to increase your appetite and once u are used to eating a lot get off the pills and continue eating the same amounts u were eating when u were still taking Cipla… because people complain that that as soon as u stop taking cipla your weight decreases. So in doing this method your body doesnt depend on cipla and therefore u should be able to maintain your weight

    PS: I did this method n it worked for me

  9. Gaining weight is hard. I'm 26 years old and come from 34.9 kilo and now 42.3 and cant get higher.
    I lose so easely just go number 2 i lose 2 kg iff i weigh myself after😅

  21. Thank you for sharing I loved your video 🙏🏾, I am struggling with gaining weight too. My weight also fluctuates, sometimes I move from 45kg to 47kg just like you and I really want to gain at least 10kg more so between 55-57kg. I've tried USN shakes and exercising, but the USN shakes created breakouts so I stopped using it and my acne also stopped. I noticed that I gained a lot of weight during the time I was drinking USN especially by my arms and thighs, but it's not the weight that I want. Could you please suggest what I can do to gain weight?
