Always unwrap any produce with plastic it degrades food faster emitting gasses.
After peeling carrots store them by submerging in water in a container, will last you 2-3weeks without getting soft in the fridge, same for celery.
Wash lettuce in salt or bicarbonate of soda mixed with water, then spin dry in lettuce spinner, then keep in a container lined with paper towels in-between, it will last 2-3weeks crunchy.
You can wrap your broccoli and cauliflower in kitchen towel and store in the fridge.
Glass containers always works best.
