I store everything in my freezer ever iru and I live in Nigeria. I do that cause I do bulk buying that we take us for 4months

You can even store the cray fish,pepper,egusi and stock fish in the freezer .
I even stored beans in the freezer and nothing dey do ham.
I stored my ponmo dried like that in the freezer, I only do soak the ones I need.
You didn't get to see videos on how to preserve foodstuffs there, and then you had the initiative to document yours and help others. This will definitely be useful to lot of persons. God bless you❤
