Hello guys so I purchased this land in the beginning of 2019. This land is located at a town called Amasaman in Accra Ghana .I paid 5k usd for this piece of land excluding the documents .if you have any questions kindly let me know.

Sorry to spoil your enjoyment Sir. Firstly however, well done for acquiring your land. However, last year a young lady posted a video of land for sale in Ghana for around $700. Yes, I said $700. It is a pity you did not see that video. Otherwise you would have been able to wall your land and build a small structure on the plot too.
I think people should do their research and compare prices and not jump in and buy land at the first quote.
I am not saying that's not what land prices are in Amasanman. What I am saying is check out pther competitively priced land also. Normally outside Accra. Most importantly, documentation of Land of course. Once again well done on acquiring your land.

I would suggest getting an architect view on how to best use the space. If money is tight that’s understandable. However I think that should be a priority. It will assist in making the best use for the land and will avoid costly measures down the line.
You could build an apartment building and you live in one unit while renting the others. Home paid for by tenants.
A home, if you intend to make Ghana your home how far is it from the sea
