    If you can couple these 3 together and have a great understanding about them, you are just flying high.

  2. You want to be doing weight loss, when we need you to be giving us daily watering mouth dishes, both continental and intercontinental😅. And that could make you create Nazoms Kitchen or Healthy meals place somewhere in the world.
    Nice one, but i want to be eating too, just tell us to take slimming tea or coffee is enough for your typo.

  4. Nazomm, I started following you when you were on your keto journey( I was looking for keto recipes), long before you went to pastry school , before marriage and the kids 😊.
    It feels good to see you back at it , in a much more sustainable way . I’ve also recently started my low carb high protein weightloss journey , I wish us good luck 😂❤

  5. Finding what foods work for you is key. I'm from the south in the states and we cook differently from the rest of the world also. So when I was speaking with my dietician when i was a diabetic, I told her to give me a menu based on dishes I cook on a daily so that I would enjoy it. Everybody has different tastebuds and different diet restrictions. So finding what work for your body is key. Your on the right track on your journey and you will succeed. Good luck
