  3. I'm starting on monday because of personal reasons. I'll use the 3 day water fast opportunity to fast for God and make my relationship better with him. The rest of the days I'll follow the diet. I think I'll do more than a week, until my upcoming trip and I will continue until my next trip after that ( I'm busy Ik😂)

    Goal weight at the end of 2 weeks – 73kg

    Day 1: 81kg
    Was pretty ok, ig I was pretty full all the day and didn't really crave stuff
    Day 2: I'm gonna weigh in at the last day.

  5. Okay so am a college girl and a new wife i got married since 4 months ago and my weight is 65kg my hight is 160cm.
    My goal is reaching 58kg
    So am gonna try this from tomorrow

    Day 1: 77,4 kg
    Day 2: 76,4 kg (😬today I eat …2 cookies – it was gift)
    Day 3: 76,4 kg 😑
    Day 4: 76,2 kg
    Day 5: 75,4 kg
    Day 6: 76,0 kg
    Day 7: 75,6 kg
    So I only lost 1.5-2 kg ehhh 🙁 , but I counted calories. I ate between 900 and 1010 kcal a day. Maybe it's 100 kcal too much? I exercised on YouTube in 4 days.

  8. hii I love this! I am 16 and morbidly overweight for my age. But I also know nutrients are so important in my growing age but I really wanna do something about it. My parents are strictly against water fasting for some reason. Need to find a way out asap.

    Goal: 75 kg (completely)
    Age: 12-15 yrs (don‘t wanna say lol)

    I‘m doing a little 5-6 min workout and i‘m eating what I want so not exactly what she says but idc😔 (but only as much as I want, i‘m not overeating)

    And thank you for sharing your Video . I decided to do 72hours water fasting first. Today is my last day of 72 hours fasting, I weighted this morning ( I lost 5lbs ). 😮 I did have experience for 72hours fasting and 18:6 fasting for once a week like every Thursday.
    I can handle of hungry and anger. This time I felt headache on my first day of fasting and then I was Ok .
    I’ll do strict diet on tomorrow through the whole week. Between in meal my snack will be boiled eggs or banana 😂.
    I’ll be back next 7 days .
