Okay! I tried it and today is my fourth day I did a bit of change I added Lemon squeeze along with grapefruit and ACV. And voila! I got my periods today after 1 month delay I finally got it I even added it with yoga for pcos and 3 days water fasting(fyi I am a repetitive water faster max 21 days if you can’t don’t try it please) but the best part I got my periods thanks girl for the saviour❤️

Be very very careful. On second day minutes after taking it I had strong burning feeling in my chest. Combining strong acidic foods like this is dangerous… at least take them with some neutralizing foods that would protect from the acid

Just an FYI…drinking any vinegar even apple cider vinegar without diluting with water will and can erode your esophagus..be careful
