I used to have terrible oral health. My dentist now reports “you have the gums of a healthy teenager”
By following this routine and sticking to a Blueprint diet, my mouth is the healthiest it’s ever been in my adult life.
1) tongue scraper: some scientific evidence but not overwhelming. It's also not convincing if you consider bacteria multiply exponentially. Unless you use it very consistently, then it may give you sth. like "10th better oral hygiene".
2) electric tooth brush: some evidence that there is better compliance with dental hygiene. It's easier to get it right!
3) fluoride: very very very strong evidence that it's working. Tooth paste without fluoride is quite risky. It's ok if you removed sugar and other risky foods anyway, but for normal people, this is not good advice.
Propper like this guy wish I could meet him seems like a great person to be around
Boi thinks he got the best routines
The waterfloss devices sure do release more microplastics than espresso machines, although less than nylon floss, you should invent a blueprint all stainless steel waterfloss device 🙂
Oral and Health – two wonderful words that when put together become boring.
This is AI😢
Thanks Brian.
Can you make another video elaborating on natural alternatives for Toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss?
I guess there were some before those were invented
I don't feel comfortable to use those plastic based products inside my mouth
Great tips and yes, definitely clean the tongue and also use every last bit of the toothpaste 😀
Great content! Using Planet Ayurveda's Irimedadi Oil in conjunction with these tips has enhanced my oral care routine."
Step 8- disregard the last 7 and just get goofy looking veneers!
I love you sm omgg
Not sure how they practice dentistry where you are at but perio health and perio charting are all things dental offices monitor on a regular basis. You don't have to ask for perio charting…
I thought he was a crazy health nut, turns out he is using his body to develop some of the best lifestyle protocols on Earth.
Im currently doing TWO of them, and it has had a measurable impact on my QOL. Awesome, thanks crazy guy! ✌😁
What is the motivation behind using hydroxyapatite over fluoride? I’m curious about the mental effects that fluoride may have.
Thank you doctor for the professionalism with which you do your job. You listen to your clients and you always put their needs first, to ensure they live another day healthily and vibrantly. Cheers to you, my doctor. I celebrate the way you do your job. If it were up to me, I would give you the award for being the best doctor. Thank you, Dr. Emovon, on YouTube for curing my bad breath naturally….🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤
Aren't there any microplastic concerns for the bruxism device?
I feel proud how he's routine is so similar to mine
There is a video about olive oil that u can use instead of mouthwater. Many people said it worked and has been done for a long time. They said their teeth get more white too. What do u think about that?
Instead of flossing I use Interdental Brushes, I feel like those work way better. Apart from that I already do everything he does
NO FLUORIDE!!! WHY IS NOBODY TALKING ABOUT THIS!!!
I am an indian and cant live without scrapping my tongue daily. Its basic. A copper or steel is best. So satisfying when you see so much plaque coming out.
As a dentist recommendation ,i would like to tell you that you have very much good information regarding oral health care than others. That's a great job😊👍
👍
Try to follow this….if you have pockets, you have fine loose debris or particulates and you jet wash first it can force some into a pocket. Brush first, floss second….always pulling it through to pick up plaque, then flush to stimulate. Just think about it. Hygienist can use the ultra sonic first because they can follow up with air to see if they need to scale or remove something they missed. Ultrasonic scales lift out debris or calculus from the pocket it is different than what a water pic does.
Crazy didn't even recommend saltwater mouthwash
Thank you, Bryan! Please tell what's your take on dental implants for replacing missing teeth? Should I do it to replace 2 molars or wait till the teeth regrowth medication is developed?
Hele zieke edit
Why fluoride free Bryan? Doesnt that help fight the cavity causing bacteria and strenghtening enamel?
You are just a By-product of Modernization. Extreme one!
But isn’t toothpaste w/ fluoride supposed to really good?
Love your content!
hellow uncle how are you?
Thanks! How to make teeth whiter?
I heard that tongue scraping is actually detrimental for your mouth biome… I never do it and just use mouthwash every once in a while, maybe two times in a month.
Omg I thought this is Skip Bayless T_T
Thank you for the informative video!
AHAHA WE HAVE THE SAME PROTOCOL! except i no have water pik. but tongue scraper and therabreath!
Why use so much toothpaste?
I'm not going to lie. I have very good dental health, or at-least seemingly, and legit the only thing i do is drink water after eating/drinking basically anything. After eating anything, i make sure to at least drink a little water, wash around, get it off the teeth. I don't do anything else. Maybe I have good genetics, but I think washing everything off your teeth after they get dirty it stops the problems at the beginning. Not a professional, just a bozo.
What a LAUGHABLE oral hygiene process! He’s taking one step forward, two steps back and gave the wrong information on his oral device for bruxism (for sleep apnea). You don’t want to end up in the dental office unless you’re going in for a bi-annual cleaning with a very hot hygienist (preferably a blonde or brunette under 35).
Here’s my regime I’ve been following since reading the amazing book Money by the Mouthful by Dr. Robert O’Nara in 2004. Note: it’s extremely important to follow these steps in the right order every single day for the rest of your lives! Or end up losing your natural teeth and money to general dentistry quacks:
0: Tongue scrape w/metal (Dr. O’Nara did not recommend or know about this at time of his writing)
1. Prefloss (Dr. O’Nara recommended floss tape)
2. Waterpik w/ hydrogen peroxide 3% diluted (Dr. O’Nara recommended very hot water)
DO NOT OIL PULL!
3. ACT Anticavity mouthwash (zero alcohol)
4. Prebrush mouthwash (preferably 7.9 alkaline)
5. Powered toothbrush w/hydroxyappetite toothpaste (>0.2%)
6. Deep clean mouthwash and/or ACT enamel restore (must wait 2 hrs)
7. Xylitol mints or gums (>5 grams ea day.)
8. Repeat steps 0, 1, 2, 4 and 5 before bed
9. Wear professional made mouth guard! (has to be custom fit by an orthodontist min $700-$1200)
10. This is NOT medical advice
I read Money by the Mouthful by Dr. Robert O’Nara in 2004 through an interlibrary loan from Montana. It took 12 weeks to get the book back then. My county librarian said they had to track it down because several copies were missing, stolen, or damaged throughout the US.. The book showed me that the American Dental Association (ADA) isn’t really our friend—it focuses on restorative dentistry, like putting in root canal therapy (RCT) or crowns after teeth are already bad, instead of preventative care to stop problems early. Dr. O’Nara (a US Navy dentist) practiced prevention, and if I recall, he lost his license for it, because according to Dr. O’Nara it was strictly forbidden to advertise tooth caries prevention in the states.
The book also explained how new dentists get pulled in. Right after graduating, they’re sent to all-expenses-paid meetings in places like Hawaii and Europe, where they’re taught to follow the ADA’s ways and how restoration dentistry will become a $500 billion industry by 2035. Reading that book made it clear to me—the system pushes dentists to focus on costly repairs instead of keeping teeth healthy from the beginning. These graduates are already in deep debt from 3 years of dental [indoctrination] school, which costs a fortune—on average $500,000 to $1.5 million. That doesn’t even include buying or leasing equipment or hiring and training staff. Think about it: how do they pay that back? With simple $150 composite fillings and $100 digital X-rays, or with very intrusive and expensive RCTs and implants averaging $1,500 to $5,000 or more each? Make sure to read his “DRILL! SPIT! and FILL!” rant; especially how that explorer pik that dentists use is extremely unhealthy to your otherwise healthy teeth, because it transports germs & bacteria from a decayed tooth to adjacent healthy teeth. He claimed this apparatus was created on purpose so you end up back in the chair with another decay six to 18 months later.

Is this real?
Anybody want to declare dentist himself 😂😂😂😂
Interdental brushes are better than waterpik and floss combined.
step 1 dont eat
Tongue cleaner is a combo package with toothbrush here in india.
Don't calculate those who are just idiot and Don't do brushing in the first place.
Let me tell you something. The best tooth paste is home burnt cowdung, wood ash…..fine ash. With occasional use of Neem branch as tooth brush.
I have used electric brush as well. It's the best. But neem branch is better, but difficult to use.
2:00 use your mouth to do water flush. Do it everytime you eat something.
Yes electric toothbrush is much better than manual brush.
I don't care how much you spend on oral health care, I'm sure i smell better.
I’d like to know more about the decision to cut out fluoride toothpastes, and whether some of the products being made of plastic (the floss) or plastic packaging has been considered.
Let me summarize how he did it, money, to eat better, and pay better healthcare, thats it, have a good day.
I have a question for you sir, firstly, i really appreciate your efforts to educate us and thankyou for that. But, every thing that u share are quite eloborate and a alot of materials( materialism ) is involved in it . As a minimalist, i need some essential items only . Can u please include list of essentials for minimalists
