Good evening Ma, this your recipe has really improved my beans, thank you very much, I have one question though, whenever I add water to cook the beans to be almost soft, together with the onions, by the time the beans is soft, the water is still plenty inside, it is not like I add to much water, I don't know if it's because of the kind of pot I am using, but I discovered I can reduce the water before I start adding all the seasoning, is this good?

I am particular about beans. It just has to taste right if not I lose interest. So I don't like eating it out. I like the way I cook my beans – fry the sauce with smoked fish and crayfish. This minced meat version makes me curious. I will try it.
I have watched your other videos but this is the best for me, also I don't like eating beans outside.
