I’m realizing making a 5-10 minute video every day may have been a stretch but I’ll still be giving you guys what I can daily!
Subscribed after 47 seconds this is great content
Bro you look like the actor RJ Cyler
Thank you drew I feel like this is going to work for me.I’m 14 years old living in Baltimore I have no job and I’m built like a twig but I feel like this plan really suits me because I also have no money and is currently broke and if you live here you would know the prices on things in the hood it’s terribly high for how mutch the average person gets paid thanks for the video il def give this a try.
Can you make a video on how to eat more protien when your broke I'm 6ft1 and 16 so it's hard to get in protein while living with my parents.
BRO… You have a voice for narrating books and voice over. There is Talent there sir.
🖖
Great video! What I don't get is how people are trying to tell this man how he lived. He said he ate in a caloric deficit so that is what he did. Take the advice or don't, but stop trying to correct him.
Beautiful voice
if you put on 30 lbs you were in fact bulking. it is impossible to gain weight without being in a caloric surplus.
“I gained 30lbs of muscle” 😂😂😂 good one
the thing is if u gained 30 lbs you were 100% in a calorie surplus.
it is possible to recomp but your weight would stay the same. and u would lose fat and replace it with muscle.
Good info. Subscribed.
180 consider fat
its easy for gays
eat more protein . Your welcome, saving 4.49 min of your time
I’m 6’2, 185, 30 male. I feel stuck between cutting to lose a bit more fat in my mid section and bulking to put on more muscle mass. I’m very slim, with some fat around my mid section and a little bit of lean muscle.
Ion get it😤
Great stuff man
Loved the honesty
Still 140 grams of protein a day is much for a guy that has no money.
Needed this man! I can’t afford to eat that much. I focus on protein intake
That means I don't necessarily need a calorie surplus, but I do necessarily need 1.6-2g of protein per body weight?
It's difficult for me to achieve a calorie surplus every day, but I could cover my protein needs every day.
I'm also more interested in looking muscular or athletic and not necessarily having a lot of mass
popeyes?
U live in nyc ? 🤔🤔🤔
Cuz ur black
Brother, last few weeks going gym at 1am I realise I’m just gna focus on shredding, can’t financially back bulking, I way 92kg more muscle than fat n my maintain is 1.7k All Love.
All ppl need is clarity eat at least 60 to 70 grams of protein daily, not just drink, I used to go gym for a year n few months, n used to have very lil protein to the point where I had 70 grams a month, cus I didn’t know its importance n gained nothing ❤All Love Brother
If you gained muscle, you were in a surplus, you bulked. You just weren't in a huge surplus.
Family, get back to the content! You don’t know who you’re reaching..
Bless up 💯 💪🏽
Honestly thanks for this I just learned something about the 1.6 per kg like woah I didn’t know nothing about that. Beginning my journey, I’m 3 months in now and this just video just gave me the information I needed broski. Thank you. P.S. I’ma 👧& 245 right now down nearly 15 lbs and not a muscle in sight but we getting there.
Great video man!. I've heard it put both ways, but does it matter if you go with either 1.6 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight Or around 1 or 1.2 grams per lb?
I was skinny fat so tall and thin with a belly. Weight: 82kg. Started working out 4 weeks ago, and I see a significant change in the mirror. Muscles has grown, more defined, belly is a lot smaller. But I only lost 1kg so at 81kg bodyweight atm. So body recomposition is a real thing. The important take is: X bodyweight unhealthy is not the same as X bodyweight healthy. So people starting out should pay less attention to the scales, and more attention to what they see in the mirror.
The scale lies.
