  1. I have taken part in equine therapy for PTSD, it was such a lovely experience I felt so connected to the horse we were breathing each others breath. It teaches boundaries, control and gives a sense of power back to those who feel powerless. I will never forget it.

  2. Since 1988 I have had a 4-H club that connects kids and horses on the last horse property in our town and area
    We run a small stable on donations and volunteers. We believe that having kids work with and Enjoy horses through a relationship of Respect and Trust in a safe environment creates an opportunity for healing to take place. 🐎❤️🐎
