How Geography DOOMED Africa

Africa has hosted many great empires over the ages, but despite having contact with both Europe and Asia, did not keep up technologically (except Wakanda). Here is one possible theory to explain why.

  1. People may bring mongols as an example but they did not exactly keep up the same tech level as middle easterns nations. They were just famous for conquering, and west africans did exactly that.

  2. You really oversimplified Asia. India isn't geographical 1 type of environment. Same as China. India has scrub and arid landscapes as well.

  3. In fact, we can see nearly the exact same thing in precolonial America, and the only reason some North American countries are thriving is because their populations were essentially replaced by Europeans, creating cultural unity. (Not to say the methods were a good thing, but it indirectly had a good effect.)

  4. In other words every other nations can build rockets and spaceship besides africa and its minerals cant be exchanged for funds??? And the funds cant be used to build power plants? You should study the dynamics of progress

  5. I believe that most of it could be resumed in a total lack of respect for private property and the civilization process that comes along with it, which could be traced back to the lack of unity and cultural exchange (due to geography) as you exposed in the video

  6. very simple proof. one of the most important european tool to conquer is gunpowder. and that came from china. it got transferred through many different climates. there are many more examples.

  7. Your map of the tribal divisions in Northwest Africa was pure nonsense… This region has been unified many times in history, starting with the Romans… We are ethnically homogeneous with only Mazighs and arabised North Africans.
Egypt was part of the Mediterranean and the Middle East and has a rich history. I think the real reason is that Eurasia was interconnected so new technologies would quickly spread thanks to the domestication of horses. Parasites like the Tsetse fly but also the climate of Subsaharan Africa made its introduction and survival difficult.

  8. Nothing to do with the people there with an average IQ of 65….rapes off the scale compared to all races only Indian men compete on rape dna

  9. one factor that is also to consider is that Africa was largely underpopulated for millennia. Also not having animals like the horse made it much harder to expand the territory or globalise (although the camel is present in some parts of northern Africa).

  10. You should read the Capital. If anyone is seeing this, read the Capital. Abandon posmodernism, abandon functionalism, abandon geographical determinism, embrace dialectic materialism
