The unpatriotism and incompetence of African leaders is going to undo us! However, we are letting them get away with it. It's almost very late and yet we keep quiet! The black man never learns!
Well then, why don't African leaders stop accepting the aid and use the resources they have to help their countries? If they are accepting the aid knowing that there are dire strings attached and if they already have resources to help their countries, are they not complicit or a part of this toxic assistance? Also, how much of the aid actually goes to helping the people?

My observation is that Russia is engaging African Countries on the terms that RESPECT their Sovereignty.
Foreign aid has built a lot of European countries. African governments only take foreign aid as side kicks.

I think most african leaders know the consequences of these foreing aids but don't care. They just want to embezzle the money for themselves anyway.
We have all these very intelligent people yet we will not use them what a shame. Africa is way too corrupt and no thanks to west and now china.
If Africa can take full control of its resources today, it can pay off its debt like tomorrow. The aid that they offer is indeed toxic and it's not by mistake. They have been playing chess on a hig level. Africa countries need to become strategic because other leaders in the world are. We can't just sit without any plans for the future. If people are planning to use you, you better have plans to use them back or you will remain the looser.

So called African leaders are there for their own selfish interest. Some will call it short sightedness but these leaders don't care apart from enriching themselves at the expense of their own people.
Laziness is a very bad disease that is afflicting many an African leader. Because of their education which is very poor compared to western leaders, their blind ambition to attain power at any cost, their inability to invent original ideas, they are always in awe of their favorite western leader. They more than likely cherish ideas on how to govern their nations from these foreign leaders. As a result of poor academic accomplishments, they choose to repress erudite Africans, or invite them to give meaningless speeches. The bloated egos of African leaders make them a liability to their nations. No! is a very powerful word that African leaders have never learned to use. African leaders do not cherish the basic tenets of philosophy, which is why most of them are religious bigots. If most African leaders who emerged after indepenence studied philosophy, none of them would be in power today. Hitler was a very bad leader, and so was Stalin. Abraham Lincoln and J F Kennedy are typical examples of good leaderhip. Jesus changed the world, so can one African leader, if they genuinely try at least. Otherwise, they should provide funds to our universities to study and find a cure for the malaise and lethargy that is holding them down, or get out of the way for those who can to take charge. Our leaders, not the foreign aid are destroying African nations.
