What an captivating topic! Thanks an awful lot 🌹BBC Learning English! I think we shouldn’t sequester every animals’ species. They’re not mutually exclusive. I mean, every species does its contribution into the planet ecosystem including human beings. I heard that big turtles travel long distance from South America to coasts of Turkey in order to lay eggs in special sand. Our planet is significant and complex and we know nothing about it.
VOCABULARY LIST
1. Migrate (v): To move from one place to another, often due to weather or temperature.
2. Migration (n): The movement of animals or people from one place to another.
3. Swathes (n): Large areas of something, such as land or ocean.
4. Sequester (v): To remove and store, especially carbon dioxide.
5. Climate (n): The long-term weather conditions of a region.
6. Gigatonne (n): A unit of mass equal to one billion tons, often used for measuring CO2.
7. Secret weapon (n): A hidden advantage used to solve a problem or gain an edge.
8. Perspective (n): A way of considering or understanding something, especially its importance.
9. Massive (adj): Extremely large or heavy.
10. Species (n): A group of living organisms that share common characteristics and can reproduce.

One of the migrating birds I can remember is a swallow,which is coming back every spring. they are not coming yet this spring, not warm enough maybe. Supposedly, they fly across swathes of area as well.
