What kind of watch is chef wearing?
I had the fortune of having dinner at Gabriel Kreuther in Manhattan. We mentioned this video to our waiter and Chef Kreuther personally came out to invite us on a tour of his kitchen. He is every bit as kind and approachable as in this video. I remember a sign hanging in the kitchen saying, "Good enough is not good enough." Very true.
9:40 As a chef. When that lid went on i thought more texture(Crunch). My chef would of said the same.. We build dishes with multiple elements that need to be hit. Looks amazing Chef
Different breed of people that eat like this.

Very true '"when you crave to learn, you learn"

Et vive l'Alsace !
raw meat😢
I have a question for the rich and affluent (if any) that's seeing this.
Usually when we (plebs) have a meal, we eat to fill out bellies. But seeing the portion sizes (which can fit on a spoon), does it leave you hungry after you've eaten? Because there's no way that those portion sizes are enough to kill hunger.
All that food and not a drip of Ranch Dressing, shame 😅
Expensive snacks
This s a masterclass in leadership!!
There's some serious attraction seeing beautiful ducks as the Thumbnail.
Why is fancy food always so weird. Like why not just sometimes make normal dishes but that are extremely well made. It’s always some nonsense thing that often looks unappealing
want see😢
this dude sounds like the “for breakfast we’ll do something cool like 2 cigarettes” guy
caviar and foie gras, so innovative
Respect 🎉
2 Michelin star restaurant using farmed fish?
As a French guy who lives in the Alsace region it feels so weird to see this. People in Alsace are poor (by American standards), uneducated and barely speak English at best. And frankly it's a boring af place. I NEVER hear about Alsace anywhere besides the French media. And then there's this guy who moves to New York to open a restaurant and manages to win two stars???
yes chef!!
