  1. Hi boss. You need to talk. Tell us about room/ plot sizes, number of rooms, water availability, sewerage, is Sq available, is gas room in or out? Washing room? Balcony or not? Up game coz we're here to buy from you

  2. i think the price if fair if yu compare with mugutha 9.5m . the finishing is good only few small changes like removing balconies and increasing bedroom size overall am impressed good video as well kudos

  3. A few observations, first, good work with the consistency. However i prefer your opinion on a property without the developer's insight as part of the interview midway. They can come at the end. Second, just thinking on the plan design, whats a balcony for if you can only stand there and it is not spacious enough for your seat to enjoy the views? The balconies have taken up the space for the bedrooms. They seem to be just cosmetic. Small bedroom spaces and "clumsy spaces" to accomodate a "bedroom balcony" serving little or no purpose. Third, rooftop at the expense of space in three ways, one small bedrooms, and two, is the rooftop not offering the views the balconies would offer? Three, Storage tanks too yet you have another hoisted in pillars behind the house. Three, first floor design, the movemnts look unusual due to the stairs location and the guest room. If one has 7M, simulations are part of the cost and that seems to have been forgotten. Yawa… 7M plus should give you taste. Spend 7M plus, just add some change and get a dishwasher and washer and dryer for your laundry.

  5. Great job showcasing the house but I think the developer could have done a better job on the interior layout esp the master bedroom closets and dining area

  6. Nice content. Bring more of these ones. Those vedrooms are too tiny, they shoukd have traded the balconies for bigger rooms. One of the biggest regrets that most people who have built have is excess balconies as they never really get used that much. And then there is just something about how they have done those wardrobes, they look out of place, as if they were an afterthought. 47 need to improve on how they do the cabinets and maybe do them floor to ceiling as standard.

  7. Missed opportunities to have bigger rooms… Ground floor bedroom closet would have been next to bathroom door in two pieces…wider bed area.
    Unnecessary balconies in extra bedrooms, the room would have extended all the way, without the doors to balcony could make bigger closets…main bedroom window floor to ceiling and incorporate door to balcony then extend the closet to the wall…

    Flat roof sorts those who want balcony feels….
