Did he say soul food is made from leftovers. Was he talking about African food or African-American food cause African-American soul food is not made from leftovers. Correct me if I’m wrong.

If you take a chef from Nigeria and that person made the identical dish in usa and then the same in Nigeria, what youbfindbis it's better in Nigeria. Primarily because the food is fresher and doesn't have all the additives and GMOs that you find in the states.
Why Netflix didn't buy this TV show? thank you Marcus to show us the culture
There is no such person as an "African American". That is a term Jesse Jackson adopted for Black Americans after his visit to South Africa where he wanted to assimilate. Formerly enslaved people in America are called "Black Americans". Shaming a Black American to ask her "Do you know where your people are from"? is offensive. We are Black Americans and we have absolutely no association or assimilation with Africa or being African. His entire rant regarding American slavery is inaccurate. Perhaps his white Swedish mother taught him Black History? To assert that Black American food originated in Africa is untrue. Most Black Americans do not want anything to do with African resettled refugees.
This man is UNHINGED. Sticking his nose in containers, he put that parsley up his nostrils. Like, please!
My man peanut butter soup is from Ghana
This is so beautiful. I’m tired of the hate. What a great way for everyone to learn what makes God’s people important and special everyone is.
Former Houstonian, I had a friend at work that had neighbors trying to start a catering company, they were either Ghanian or Senegalese, and one day, he brought in a bunch of food he bought from them. OMG!!! It was eye opening for me. I spent a lot of time in Asia, and I did see some similarity also that surprised me. Everyone loved it, so delicious! Like Marcus says, the secret is going to get out. Don't miss out!
