  1. Thank you for such a personal, beauiful tour. I'm wondering why you haven't repaired the sofa and chair. Certainly, you don't want to lose them do you?

  2. What a beautiful home. I love it – my living room is same colour which is what attracted me to this video. The credenza is stunning. Are you not worried that steam from cooking will spoil it???

  3. Absolutely stunning interior. Vive le maximalisme ! I adore your use of colour & texture & your philosophy of taking the time to accumulate beloved pieces to create a beautiful & cosy (yes I dare use the word) home loaded with happy memories. I also love your outfit which reminds me a lot of Ardmore Design (in South Africa) silk scarves. Madame, vous êtes très chic !

  4. I love the fact that she ties her color and design to her memories of beautiful places she has experienced in her past and how they made her feel. She can enjoy those memories over and over throughout her home. You can tell she puts her soul into her work, especially when she talks about the light. It's strange how different types of light (cool, warm, etc.) can really affect your mood!

  5. What an amazing and quirky home ! I adore her and her grandfather’s incredible taste in antiques! I am very quirky and embrace it like she does! I have many antiques ,but not as old as hers! I really enjoyed the video and it inspired me,as my styles eclectic too and love colour! 😘👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  6. Sorry for so many comments but this is one of the best vlogs ever and so in tune with my sad decorating life that no one understands here in Turkey colour off white cream champagne just because the light here is so bright morning and night

  7. Stop it were we seperated at birth? The ferns, the faded red velvets, the black lacquer I found a pair of table bases in faux bamboo everyone thought I was crazy – persauded a carpenter to put circular tops which I spray painted matt black. Love your home. Greetings from Turkey. Me too everything from thrift in UK and Italy.

  8. Love it wish people could understand me in Turkey when I try and go country house and mix colours and cover the walls with images and prints! My shabby chic sofas – plenty of cushions! and throws. Layering is the thing.

  9. I just read a book about making memoirs, not only by writing them but also by quilting or other mediums. Fiona, your home IS your memoir! Every item tells a story, and they all reveal something about you. Brilliant!

  10. One of the most fascinating homes I’ve seen on this channel. Fiona is an absolute delight. I love her home and its many layers, each with accompanying stories.

  11. I love the colouring in your home. I also worked in a florist moyses Stevens in Berkley square. Which I'm afraid isn't there anymore. Like you I love colour. It's my world. And I love your speaking voice. Bless you.

  12. Finally, someone who understands my style! I used to just say electic, but it's so much more as Fiona has detailed in this video. Bravo! Absolutely beautiful, and I am so inspired to keep going with things I love, but keep true to my heritage also. This designer should have her own show! xx

  13. To each his own. Too busy, too dark, too messy for me. But there are some exquisite pieces in here. It's almost a shame to see them buried here.

Well, as long as she's happy with it. That's what counts.

  14. I loved this home so much because everything meant something. I saw one or two pieces that I have in my own home which I treasure and that was lovely. Thankyou so much, I will watch this episode again, more than once.
