thanks for the overnight tip i wasnt expecting it but I entertained my whole family last minute and i wanted to be ready with breakfast so i prepped it very late at night and let me tell you this made it sooo much easier for me. I honestly did this in huge hotel sized pans but worked like a charm 🙂 Thank you misses!

Do you preheat your serving dish so the eggs don’t cool down when you put them in the cold dish?
You could use white pepper it doesn’t really show
Too dry for scramble eggs. You should do on the stove and with milk at the end and in less quantity
