In some countries, they call this macaroni rice 'orzo' – so if you can't find it, try the word 'orzo' – that's the term used in most European countries anyway. Also; I love shorba, my favourite Libyan dish for a healthy breakfast or lunch!

Salam, looks great but no garlic . Only use garlic with chicken shorba. Libyans never put garlic with red meat
