Any agreement or understanding between Ethiopia and Somalia in Ankara or else where is only quick remedy for the deep misunderstanding between the two authorities. Lasting solutions is far reaching and to wait until the time is coming that Somalis recognise that at this point in time, colonial based borders are the only official borders internationally accepted. Whenever there is a conflict between Ethiopia and Somalia, the latter scratch it's old great Somalia card at the behest of Egypt. The same is the how Somalia reacts any partnership between Somaliland and Ethiopia. While it has failed to deal it's internal security and political challenges.
