  1. The way Ruto is pushing this Affordable Housing despite court orders and expert advice….20,30 yrs from now, you will see people in tjose houses been evicted

As we speak Ruto is curving out a forest in Kemri ( rironi area) to build affordable houses….20 yrs from now Kemri will go to court seeking eviction orders on grounds the land was their forest land for research purposes

  2. considering how the kenyan government is regardless of the President of the day, how sure are we that in coming years, hizi Affordable housing zinajengwa saa hii, Kenyans won't be evicted by future governments? hata ukifuatwa the right process of purchasing the affordable houses from the government?

  3. Si awa majamaa already wako kwa affodable housing. goodness sake this is a whole community that has grown together for over 20yrs, sa gava ikiwabomolea wataenda wapi🤔

  4. I remember in 1998 i was i n class 8 and we were staying in a posh neighbourhood in kisumu in a goverment hause with a big compound with a servant quarter. I had from my parents that the houses were being sold at 1 million ksh so they were thinking of buying it back then in instalments. But my mum refused saying one day if the goverment changes it may be repossed . It may take 10 , 20 or 30 years but one day they will be reclaimed 😢. Rich poeple bought and build highrise Appartements. Went there some years back and i could not recognise the place. I felt so sad how the gated community was no more 😢. Now my mums words are coming to pass. Even if it was not this Goverment. Another one could just hav done it. So poeple when you buy a land do your due delegence .even spend to dig deep cause its not worth it. Sooner or later you would wish you had done your deudelegence . I bet 98 % knew but back then corruption was so high that it blinded them.poleni sana😢😊

  5. I am beginning to think that many years to come another administration will evict house owners acquiring houses in today's government affordable housing project. Being a home owner on the government land is tricky, it can work in today's administration but it is unpredictable in the future. It is better to save and buy land/build your house. I can't risky with the government because leaders and policies change.
