Who should contribute what.?We as Ghanaians have entrusted the development of our Country into the hands of who have the responsibility to construct roads. Some of these only come to the people only when they want votes.
Isn't so strange that must Africa countries simply don't value the health of their citizens. Roads such as this is the norm in Africa, whereas in developed world, is a rarity. Those politicians have travelled abroad to see better roads and good transportation. The same old story, Africans mindset needs changing. Afterall there must be a governor or mayor in such town.
