Bill and melinda gates had this news about they’ll bring up a single shot gene therapy I don’t see any stride towards it
One and done fuctional hiv cure is great, hopefully they can work something out that the insurance companies can pay, so all people don't have to take meds for life, thanks for your info, always

im good with ART for lifetime unless the cure will only cost 1000 usd or below
100k for HIV one time gene thrapy is a good pricing, I have to start saving or invest so that the money is available when the thrapy available in the market

But sir as per Patent Law in India there is provision of compulsory license as per sec 84 which state that after lapse of 3 year from date of grating of patent any person can apply for compulsory license before government.
Like Natco pahrma got compulsory license.
