Corrections – The Omani Ruling Family was the Yaruba Dynasty, not the Yoruba. Sometimes I say 17th Century but the timeline says 1700s.

Forgot to put Burundi and Rwanda as Belgian after WW1.

So it wasn’t the Americans enslaving the africans all this time. It was the very same africans that enslaved themselves and sold them to the Europeans 😮

    Civilization started in Africa.

    Have you heard of:
    – dr Sheik Anta Diop,
    – prof James Small,
    – dr John Hendrik Clarke

There are a lot more men and women

All people or human in the world world were black in the beginning and started from their to go to all the corners of the world and became whitw, yellow, red and other colors

Watch Kemet, Nubie what black people build, the pyramids and other things. See also Imhotep, Ramses I, Ramses II, Ramses III, Toetanchamon, Queen Shiba, king Salomon, and so on.

Excellent documentary but I'd have liked a lot more on Namibia, which had a fascinating early history. Everyone just focuses on Luderitz and then jumps to the Herero war. Goldblatt's history has hundreds of pages between these two events.

This isn't a documentary of the history of Africa. It's more of a documentary of Europeans who visited, evaded, and colonized parts of Africa. There is some mention of other nations, like Arabian nations. But if you're looking for a history of Africa and detail about African rulers like King Suni Ali Ber, Queen Amina, King Shaka Zulu, Queen Asantewa, Queen Ndate, Queen Nzinga, King Idris Alooma, or King Behanzin Bowelle, you will be disappointed. The documentary is very much from a Euro-centric vantage point.

And he replied "leave it on il watch as we play." Needless to say we didn't play any cards that day 😅

Mmm I understand that this is a crush history of Africa but important parts are skipped which is the core of the history. This is from the western point of view. You need to speak to the africans for precise details.

When you start telling half True about who the people are, then the whole Whole Story is not been totally truthfully. That's why it's so important for people to tell their own store. And don't let someone else tell your store cause they're not gonna be honest.

I'm going to need you to sight your source's, your take on African History doesn't feel like A insult to the untrained eye, but my first, second, third, fourth etc. questions Are, who are you? Who paid you? & Who paid you to study Our History? And Misrepresent, it in such a Lack Lustrous way? This is Half Truth & without Picking apart This whole documentary, as if my own children just watched it, Anyone who Loves African History & African Mental Health, Anyone born in the 1970's or before, understands why we always said "do your own research" Are History didn't start between the 16th & 20th Century & it's not as if there, is not older documentation explaining Your disingenuous Representation of A African Land grab, A disingenuous misnomer The Hybrid Europeans Historically Had always been afraid to Explore the interior of Africa, because the few who went in Never came out alive, LALIBELA: WHAT STONE CHURCHES IN ETHIOPIA? LANGUAGE IS KEY IN KNOWING IF SOMEONE IS HATING ON YOUR HISTORY! THE WORDS THAT SHOULD BE USED TO DESCRIBE THIS MAGNIFICENT EDIFICE SHOULD BE AWE INSPIRING GLORY BE TO THE MOST HIGH, CHILDREN & YOUNG ADULTS READING THIS GOOGLE PICTURES OF "LALIBELA" BUILT OVER THOUSAND YEARS AGO OUT OF THE SIDE OF A MOUTAIN WHEN TOOL'S AS WE WOOD THINK NECSARY TO CREATE SUCH A EDIFICE WERE KNOWN YET TO OUR IMAGINATION'S & TELL ME THIS IS NOT ON THE AWE INSPIRING LEVEL OF THE PYRAMIDS! THIS IS WHY IT'S IMPERATIVE TO TRAVEL TO LEARN OUR OWN HISTORY, STONE HENGE WAS RUDIMENTARY NOT LALIBELA! DO YOUR OWN SCHOLARLY WORK EUROPEANS WILL HAVE FEELING AS IF YOU CAME FROM PRIMITIVE SAVAGES AND I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO GO INTO THE FACT THAT THE MOORS WERE MAJORITY NEGRO HAD BEEN TRAVELING THROUGH THE IBERIAN PENINSULA PRIOR TO 711 & ALL THROUGH OUT EUROPE PASSPORTS WERE NOT NEED MOORS WERE ALSO CALLED SARRAZINS A TERM ALSO USED FOR NEGROES, BUT THEY ARABS TURKS & OTHERS WHO IS THE OTHERS THIEVES OF YOUR HISTORICAL CREDIT THERE IS NO MIDDLE EAST, THATS NORTH EAST AFRICA!

Gotta love that within the first two minutes of the episode you are giving excuses for white colonizers before it is even warranted. Very telling, not only about the colonization itself. But the continued crime of you colonizers descendants. Justifying the murder while still reaping rhe benefits of your thousands of years of murder. Your time is coming caucasians.

How did they do that? Why you hitting yourself, Egyptians? No, you probably just said the wrong thing and I can't figure out which end is wrong.

This history is not true. Morocco in Africa did not exist until 1956 by it's state's Charter. The Moroccan Empire is America itself. George Washington's Letter the Emperor of Morocco (National Archives) The letter was dated in 1700s. Kingdom of Morocco was created in 1956 (Kingdom denotes King) Empire denotes Emperor. Moroccans are the Aboriginal Americans known today as African Americans or Moorish Americans. Georgia House Resolution 1203 Exposes this. They reconstructed history to fit the Racist lie. Most African Americans did not come from Africa. They already been in America before the Transatlantic Slave Trade even existed. So many lies here!!
