  1. What is the point of breaking the salt. Keep it as it is in big slab form, keeping all the good stuff in. The video way it is processed so whats the point, plus they can add stuff in it, thereby removing any benefits if any exist in the first place. It is just normal salt with a bit of pink colour in it nothing else. Maybe placebo effect be in place if anyone claiming any benefits.

  2. I got sucked into those salt lamps long ago. Later I found out their properties of some magical health benefits using a salt lamp was just a gimmick. Tastes good thou!

  3. Surely it's a limited resource since it's coming from the limited mountains. Why on earth then are we wasting so much of it by making lamps out of it!?

  4. the saddest part is the company called ITTEFAQ SALT which is involved in the mining and manufacturing of Himalayan salt is not selling a single packet in the Pakistani market! what an injustice

  5. Indians have been using it for food for millions of years, even before Alexander came. How do you make everything your own? Have you gotten into the habit of stealing things from others and making them your own?

  6. Stop illegal mining of Himalayan saĺt use TATA organic salt make in India local for global salt especially in Gujarat, mangalore and chennai beach area free from chemical especially pesticides. Please use soda ash and sabena for dish wash. free from chemical and has iodine for goitre disease.iodine necessary for mind development. Especially mentally challenged children should consume walnut for memory power along with almond .all dry fruits have organic necessary nutrition use for mentally challenged persons

  7. less salt more rocks grinded and you are eating this ground rock salt everyday. I bought crystalized one and I find many unsolvable crystals which are simply rocks when you taste them. So, don't go for ground ones as you might ended up in eating the ground rocks.

  8. Discovered by Alexander ?
If west believes only what a fellow western says, then that's a fact. In case if certain Pakistanis believe in that 'bs', you can't blame them, they are suffering from many crisis, being ignorant is the lesser evil among those…….for rest of Indian subcontinent, people were aware of those salt mines much before Alexander, for whom no physical evidence exist to prove his existence.

It’s a third world factory with poor workers being paid shit wages in horrid working conditions.
They aren’t artisans, they aren’t producing a “healthy salt” because of all those “nutrients” that “are thought to be” healthy.
They found a market full of fools and are selling them salt at a premium while paying peanuts to produce it because it’s coming out of a third world country with low wages and overhead.
It’s NOT anything special. The only thing special are the majority of their end consumers.

  10. Safety mentioned at another 6 minutes…. As huge bales spin just inches from workers fingers and limbs.
AI apparently can’t think rationally when it’s writing bullshit.
