This is probably one of the most popular routes up Table Mountain via Platteklip Gorge. It is by no means easy and it will definitely get the heart rate up. Garnett, research the Saddle – Knife Edge – Ledges route to Maclear's Beacon, that's far more interesting – and challenging – than Platteklip.
