High-Protein Canja: Cape Verdean Chicken Soup | We the PCOS


We used chicken breast instead of chicken legs and thighs and substituted Shirataki rice for the white rice. We also left out the white potatoes. But you miss nothing in this absolutely delicious, slow-cooked wholesome-as-it-comes chicken soup. Great for insulin resistance, PCOS, and anyone with a love for healthy Cape Verdean classics.
